of the Metek Kitamura Co. Ltd., a Kyoto-based plating company specializing in plating of
various products and other precision plating.
MKM is located as Senawang Industrial Estate, Seremban which provide surface
treatment technology of semiconductor products to Asia market.
Our main activity is stamping and plating of leadframes for semiconductor
components, and precision electroplating.
